Lisa has a wealth of experience in food and cooking. She worked for years at the Australian Women’s Weekly magazine where she was mentored by some of Australia’s best known food and cooking writers. She is also an experienced graphic designer who understands food has to look good and be visually appealing. The Women’s Weekly cook books have a reputation in Australia for being of the highest quality. Lisa was part of the team that triple tested every recipe before it was published. Triple testing ensured the recipes worked. Unfortunately, so many recipes in other publications these days are not tested before publication and can be very disappointing. Lisa creates individualised recipe books for each client after she has tested them and consults with new clients to develop meal plans that will work in their unique situation. Lisa will consult with each new client and find out their cooking resources, skills, food likes and dislikes after she is given dietary guidelines by a dietitian or nutritionist. Being a mum to 3 boys herself, she can also help make meal plans work in households where there is disinterest or resistance to change by some family members.
LISA MEAGHER Lisa is the Reverse Diabetes food coach and will guide and support you through the practical and achievable ways you can implement the dietary changes required for optimum health.

Caution This program is very effective at reducing your weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar level. Please consult with your treating doctor before changing your diet and do not start, stop, or change medication without professional medical advice. This website is not intended to take the place of personalised medical care or treatment and must not be taken as medical advice. Disclaimer & Results To meet our definition of genuine type 2 diabetes reversal, a number of criteria must be met to achieve non-diabetic range blood sugar levels. These include; (a) not requiring any diabetes medications or insulin to be taken. (b) achieving normal range blood sugar levels as measured by 3 blood tests; HbA1c test, the 2 hour glucose tolerance test (GTT) and a fasting blood sugar test. It is only possible to reverse type 2 diabetes. Type 1 diabetes and type 1.5 (LADA) diabetes cannot be reversed and will always require insulin. A small proportion of type 2 diabetes cannot be reversed when insulin production has become insufficient. Results achieved can vary between individuals and depend on many factors, such as degree of compliance with a coaching program, pre-existing conditions, severity of existing conditions and the rate a coaching program is implemented. Refund Policy We will refund all coaching fees if a client does not achieve improvement in their type 2 diabetes as measured by the 3 diabetes blood tests, provided the agreed coaching program is followed and is verified.
